Questlove Citizen Bank
Questlove starred in this commercial campaign, “Made Ready,’ highlighting Citizens Bank’s commitment to enabling every unique journey. I worked as a stylist, and my studio designed merchandise in collaboration with the Ogilvy advertising agency for both the campaign and an event held at the Philadelphia School of Music.
My studio customized 250 pairs of “Video Recording” glasses, including four unique pairs created exclusively for Questlove. The event allowed the audience to tape the live performance. The glasses were collected, and the videos were edited together to create content for the campaign. Questlove’s eyewear is a collaboration with nail artist Naomi Yasuda, whom I met when I wrote about her for an article in The New York Times, “Taking New York by the Hand.”
